Is there a right way to do Yoni Steams?

There is not a specific way to steam. Go with what feels comfortable to you. Some people steam on the toilet, in a yoga pose, on a bucket, etc. Connect with the inner you. Meditate in a dark quiet room or play soft music to soothe you. Wrap up in a blanket making sure to keep the steam from escaping. Relax for 30 minutes or until the water cools. Pat yourself dry then lay under the covers for an extra 10 to 15 minutes to further the relaxation.
